Cassian — The Timeless Gaze | Fayum Portrait

A face preserved through time.

Cassian — The Timeless Gaze is part of our Fayum Portrait Collection, inspired by the remarkable funerary portraits created in Roman Egypt nearly two thousand years ago.

His intense gaze, dark curls, warm earthy tones, and beautifully aged appearance capture the extraordinary realism that makes Fayum portraiture so captivating. The visible textures and timeworn character give this artwork the presence of an ancient piece rediscovered and brought into a contemporary interior.

Designed as statement wall art, Cassian pairs beautifully with sophisticated, classical, eclectic, vintage, and Old World interiors. Display it alone as a striking focal point or combine it with other portraits from the collection to create a museum-inspired gallery wall.
